1. Accounts and Data

For access, privacy, account deletion or partial data deletion requests, email us with the details of your request. Never send your password or an SMS code.

2. Reports and Moderation

Use the Report option on the relevant content or email support. Identify the content and the issue. You may also ask for a review of a moderation decision.

3. Subscriptions and Boosts

For purchase issues, identify the product and, if available, the Google Play order reference. Do not send full payment card details. Manage subscriptions in Google Play; deleting your Kotalis account does not cancel them.
